I have not received my verification or reset email

Check spam and junk folders, confirm the address was typed correctly, wait a few minutes, then request one new email. Use only the newest link.

How do I unlock the full version?

Either the learner or a supervisor can sign in, open Account, choose Unlock full version, then complete the one-off purchase with Apple. The price shown by Apple is the price that applies. Other members of the same household unlock after the app next refreshes or synchronises.

How do I restore a purchase?

Sign in to the Practice Mode household, open Account, then choose Restore purchases. The iPhone must use the Apple Account that originally bought Practice Mode. Restoring never charges again.

Why can I see a topic but not its prompts?

All 85 topic titles remain visible so learners can understand the syllabus. The free version opens 10 early-stage topics. The other briefs, detailed ADI explanations and coaching prompts are included in the full household version.

My invite code does not work

Invite codes expire and can be used once. Ask the supervisor to create a new code, then enter it while signed in to the learner account.

Will the app track our route?

No. Practice Mode does not request location and does not record a route or speed.

Can both people see the review?

Yes. Ratings are hidden during the one-phone hand-over debrief. After both people finish and the drive synchronises, the same completed review appears in both household accounts.

My drive has not appeared on the other phone

Keep the app installed on the phone that recorded the drive, connect it to the internet and open Practice Mode again. On the other phone, pull down on the Drives list to refresh. If it still does not appear, email support with the approximate drive date—never send a password or verification code.

How do I report a safety or privacy concern?

Stop using the app if continuing may be unsafe. For a privacy request or security concern, contact privacy@practicemode.co.uk. Never include a password, verification code or Apple account details.
